Ivanti to Acquire MobileIron, Pulse Secure
IT management solutions company Ivanti has entered an agreement to purchase endpoint management tools developer MobileIron in a all-cash deal valued at $872 million. Ivanti also will purchase Pulse Secure, which develops security tools; terms were not disclosed.
