Hi All
I'd like to ask you if everybody knows how to set up well, either a RhoElement app or the Zebra printer, to cut a label not completly rather a 90%. Currently we are using a roll of label which its width is 8mm, and when the Zebra ends printing cuts all the label.
Another question is how to configure the printer to get more feed after a cut, since we need to print a copy, but after the cut the label it is out of the surface where the roll is pull it out from the printer.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Guillermo, I don’t believe the standard cutter for the GX will do a partial cut. I’m still checking on it, but this may not be an option. I’ll let you know when I have more information.
Hi Robin
Thanks for your response. Would be great to get more news about it.
Best regards
Hi Guillermo, I know we discussed this offline, but I thought I would post the conclusion of our discussion.
At the moment Zebra doesn't not have a partial cutter for the GX series printer. The cutter is full cut only.
The reason for this is the cutter has to be modified to work with specific paper. Different paper weights and types have different properties that make a difference in how they can be cut. This is more pronounced when you are only cutting partially and letting the rest be torn.
For customer opportunities, there are options, especially if the paper quality is known. These options should be discussed with your Zebra reseller, distributor, or account manager.
