On the Zebra RFID Plugin for Rho Elements Support & Downloads | Zebra page there is a release note that explains how to setup the testApp. The instructions mentions a CAB file that probably should be on this page, but I can't find any, where can I find this CAB file?

Hi, Enterprise Browser 2.x should have the RFID plugin available as part of the installation - unless you are using RhoElements 1.x (or a later version of the shared runtime) , that plugin you linked to would not be applicable for your deployment.
