TC8000 datawedge issue

Dear all,

I'm building application in SAP neptune to run on Zebra TC8000 using the Datawedge plugin.
When in connecting the SAP server to fetch our post data, in using the Datawedge Start and stop, in order to prevent the user from scanning.

after some iteration the datawedge stops responding to the commands, even if i enter in debbug mode.

then i need to go to the datawedge application and opening the profile, in-order for the datawedge to  start responding.

any one as face this issue ?

Thank you Matt, you are correct. in fact the device have the version before that correction.

I would first and foremost confirm that you're on the latest LifeGuard version on the device. There have been a number of DataWedge fixes through the last few LG versions and I'm fairly certain several of them were meant to address issues with DW starting and stopping.
