You should be able to configure that with a registry setting... Please try [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\WLAN], there should be an InitialState value there (try setting to Off or 4 but I don't have a device to verify). Alternatively, you might want to look at the System Configuration Manager utility: System Configuration Manager | Zebra
