Hi,
I have developed a solution in ServiceNow using Browser Print and a Zebra Designer GX420t.
It all works as expected when printer is connected using USB.
When i try to print to the same printer attached to a network it doesn't work to print anymore.
I've made a broadcast scan from Browser Print settings and it shows up as it should but when trying to print a get an empty error message when using below code checking printer status.
Any suggestions would be appreciated :-)

A new version of the Browser Print was just released on 11/22/2018. Please download & install the latest version from the Browser Print page.
When using the Broadcast Search to find the printers on the network, please make sure that the printers and the computer are on the same subnet. The Broadcast Search can only find the printers on the same subnet.
