is there a way to backup a configured Android based device like TC8000, TC70/75, MC3300 with all system settings, app settings and installed apps? So that it would be possilble to restrore a backup to a factory resetted device. Thank you for your reply.

Any third party apps to provide a back up for Android based devices? From a factory reset, no, at that point you need to re-provision your device as though it is new, out of the box.
Zebra do have an 'Enterprise Reset' capability described in the Persist Manager documentation, Persistence Manager - Zebra Technologies Techdocs . From that state you can return the device to a known working state after performing a device wipe and reset.
This re-provision functionality would also be available from an EMM if you wanted to pursue that route.
