Dear Jane ...... I am having Zebra QLN320 printer and after making configuration when i print label its printing label along with 7 extra labels. when i check the media type it was gap so i changed it to bar and saved the setting. But as soon as i send data the configuration is automatically changed back to gap. How can i solve this issue

Hi Nishchal, Did you calibrate the printer? Try sending '^XA^MNA^XZ~JC' to have the printer detect the label length.
What was sent to the printer? Is it ZPL? The configuration change is probably due to the commands used in the ZPL. Take a look at the ZPL that was sent to the printer. It may give you some clue.
