I want to develop some android-app for Zebra TC20. Unforturnatly the device isn't listed in Visual Studio 2017, but it is connected to computer because I can open the ordner of TC20. What can I do to solve this problem?

Obviously there is a hardware problem. Because I cann't copy any files to the TC20 folder.
