We developed and tested many profiles like Power Manager, App Manager and WiFi for Symbol MC18 device. All areworking good.
However when we do the same on Symbol MC40, sdk portion is not working. We are unable to process the profile.

I have checked zebra tutorials docs, according to the docs it should be working on MC40 device as device had supported MX version. Attached is the snapshot of MC40 device , having details about the device like OSX version and MX version.

Therefore, we are looking for Zebra support. We want to confirm that why the profile is not working on Symbol MC40 device as they are workinggood on Symbol MC18 device.
