Hi All,
I'm setting up new kios which using Kios printer KR203. I got a issue when I restarted the workstation printer KR203 changed status to offline.
The driver for KR203 is Kiosk Printer Driver Version 1.3.510.109 (11/30/2017) Which installed. And my windows is windows 7 enterprises 32bit.
Someone who met this problem?
Any suggest for fix this issue.

Hi Tim,
Did you have a previous version of a kiosk driver installed on your workstation? If so, you need to completely remove the old and new drivers and reinstall the new one (1.3.510.109 is the latest). There are issues with installing over old versions. The uninstaller is here.
If not, you may need to contact Zebra Technical Support.
