We are switching from a MC40 to TC51 device.  On the MC40 which uses Android KitKat I was able to give WriteExternalStorage permission using the appmanifest.  However, moving to the TC51, which uses Android Mashmallow, I am not able to give that permission without prompting the user. 

I am curious if it is possible to give applications their required permission without involving the user using StageNow.  Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
