I am trying to create a barcode that will perform this command only on a Win 10 PC, ALT + TAB. I would like to scan this barcode with my DS3578 scanner. example; scan my barcode on the box/product and then scan this ALT + TAB barcode

Has anyone done this before.. I need some help
