I am new to FX9500
 
I have just configured the reader
 
I connected zebra AN710 to port 1 ,powered up the FX9500 , logged in and  browsed to the  Antenna Configuration page
 
The detected Antenna field is empty 
The port number field is of course 4
the configuration field is all_monostatic
I set the mux sequence to 1
 
submitted >> success  but still detected antennas is empty
 
Checked the reader is in active mode
 
From the command prompt page Iran the command modem.antennas.perform_check() and got OK

 
How can i configure the reader to detect the antenna
 
 
Note I checked with another  zebra Antenna AN 480
