Am either getting 'Error:Module 'app': platform 'Symbol Technologies LLC:EMDK APIs:23' not found.' errors OR when the version is corrected the ubiquitous errors that android:TextAppearance.Material.Widget.Button.Borderless.Colored et al as parents could not be found.

W7 (64Pro) development machine, i3, 8gb core, plenty of space, but also develop in VS2017 C#, Delphi XE10.2 and Eclipse amongst others.

Have EMDK 6.3 installed into Android Studio 2.3.3
have A8.0 (26) to A4.04 (15) available,
have created AVD based on TC75 specifications (A6 (23)), (Why has no-one created an importable AVD descriptor for the target device)

yet on creation of a project following the developer portal have an either/or going on - as with the prior install of Android Studio and   Error:Module 'app': platform 'Symbol Technologies LLC:EMDK APIs:19 ' not found.

Is there a step I may be missing, or is there a solution to this? (And removal of the space after the 19 says object not found)
