I'm trying to configure my scanner with a car dealership application on windows 7, but the application will not recognize the CTRL+F combination the Symbol LS4278 is sending to it.
 
Does the scanner send CTRL+F in a different manner to a regular keyboard, as pressing CTRL+F on the keyboard works. The unusual thing is that the CTRL+F works from the scanner in other applications such as Microsoft Word, but not this application.
 
Is there any way to remedy this? Thanks
