We are trying to connect our MC9190-Z and MC3190-Z RFID handlheld readers (Windows CE) using their USB cradle, but we get an error message indicating the driver couldn't be installed. In 4 of our Laptop/PC's but it only works in 1 of them. The OS is Windows 7 64 bit in all of them.
Is there any device driver available that is not the one from windows update? Is there any different solution?

Hi,
You don't need a special driver. Just make sure, Windows Mobile Device Center is installed and works properly.
