I'm trying to connect a ZD500 to Zatar. I was under the impression that the Link-OS enabled printers were able to connect to the IoT service automatically by themselves, but I am now wondering if I need to purchase and configure a Zatar Gateway to make this happen.
Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi Louis, I believe you are correct in that you cannot connect to Zatar directly with a ZD500 printer. Support for Zatar is through this email address developers@zatar.com
