Was looking for some assistance with our truckmount VC5090s in our warehouse. For some odd reason we are having issues when we unplug our lifts that the VC5090 'roboots" when turned back on. We are aware of the process to ensure we turn the unit off first, however that does not fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

There is a backup battery in the device to maintain the memory when there is no power from the lift. The battery is intended to keep the memory powered for 72 hours. If this is a new problem that is starting to happen, it may be that your backup batteries need to be replaced. If the memory is not maintained, the device will reboot the next time it powers up.
