we have upgraded emdk from 1.0 to 2.0, after this the device (mc92) is recognized and present on the toolbar of visual studio (2015), but when we press the start button to debug application nothing happen, visual studio output window, write 0 completed, 0 failed , 1 skipped
vs2015 update 3, java 7.0.55

just to understand, are you able to build an actual apk with your current setup and test it on the device (sideloading it)?
Another thing, is that you probably need to install the EMDK runtime on the MC92, as the EMDK for Xamarin v2.0 has a newer runtime than what is installed on the MC92KK (probably).
Let me know what are your findings.
