When the WT6000 is factory reset, it shows around 430MB of free RAM on the 90.10.01 OS image as per the screenshot below:

For applications requiring more RAM, it is possible to free up an additional 110MB of RAM by using a StageNow profile to disable apps which are not being used. The attached exported profile and barcode does this - when applied to the device by scanning the code and subsequently rebooting the device, the free RAM is reported as 542MB as per the screenshot below:

Note that the same technique can apply to other Zebra Android devices in order to release RAM by removing unused apps.
