Is anyone else having issues with getting the WT6000 to charge ?
Our unit has been sat in the charger for nearly 2 days and its not charged past 30%. The light on the cradle isnt lighting up and we have a message on the screen that shows "Connectors Right Dock"
Do we have a faulty device or charging cradle ?

Could you please let us know the software on your WT6000 device:
Settings/About Device/ last entry on the menu
Also, on your cradle,do you see any of these LED status:
