I would like to request some help
I would like to upgrade my Motorola MC 9596 with WM 6.1 to WM 6.5, can anyone tell me how could be possible and how much will be cost.
The device are not working properly with active sync / same problems with WM Device problem
I tried “everything” even clean the boot with the same result -all the time same at the first moment it starts synchronies with computer “any computer” after 2 seconds the device shuts down , – I have another device with windows Mobile 6.5 and there is no problem.
Can anyone tell me the procedure and where I can buy the upgrade.

First, you must upgrade to OS: v02.27.08:

Then only you are able to install the latest OS: v06.47.12:

Since OS images are restricted software, your device must possess a Service Contract in order to download them.
