We are planning to develop a windows application for Fixed RFID readers. Would like to know whether we have java sdk's for the same. I see we have libraries for .net and c. Please let me know whether we have support for java as well.

You can use the LLRP toolkit for host based Java Applications ( http://llrp.org ).
LLRP toolkit is an open source RFID library.
The FX7400 is end of life. It's successor, the FX7500 also supports device based Java applications.
