We received a Motorola MC32NO device earlier this week. Now i need to develop an asset management application for this device which can read barcodes and afterwards it should sync all the data to the server through some web service. This device is running on Windows Embedded Compact 7.0 . Now i need to download the BSP package for this device in order to generate the Image for windows and then generate the SDK for my app development. But when i goto download page and select my download it asks for serial number, recognizes my serial number but gives error "We are sorry but the serial number you reported does not permit you to download the requested software. In order to receive this software you will need to purchase a service agreement for this device. If you believe you have received this message in error please contact your Zebra Technologies reseller."
 
Please anyone can help me to get rid of this error ? I can't download EMDK or any other thing related to hardware APIs or drivers.
