Hi the roadmap,  but also the list of the most popular devices and there verticals.

P Peter Walsh

Dear Ritesh & RFID SEVT Team,

Here are some additional discussion Topics & Items for us to consider, for our upcoming RFID SEVT Meeting Agenda in October 2015, and/or our Monthly Team Calls - as follows: -

On our fixed readers perhaps worth wile to bring up the Zebra visibility platform we can leverage to get a broader solution pitch in particular in industrial manufacturing / automotive … (might secure deals like the +3 mio Al Tayer in UAE deal through the channel.

Are any talks going on between the BU and the Zatar team to get our RFID hardware connected into Zatar platform ?
If not are they aware of a UK Company 'RedBite' ?      As we are in an early engagement with them to explore how we can leverage their competences and get our fixed readers hooked up to the cloud – ultimate objective would be to have them develop the agent that would sit on the reader (potentially factory default available ?) so the units can easy be connected to the cloud when/where needed.

Use cases / experiences / demo on reading sensor tags be it full passive (such as Farsens) or BAPT (such as CAIN).

Many Thanks.
Kind Regards,

Peter Walsh.

RFID demo applications both for fixed and mobile readers are key in my book.

Dear Ritesh,

As you know, I have already posted my suggestions for our upcoming RFID SEVT Summit in September - to list my recommended Agenda Items & Discussion Topics for us.

Also, here are my additional suggestions for our RFID Summit for you - for some extra Agenda Items & Discussion Topics (RFID Questions, to cover in our Summit) - as follows: -

Any plans for integrated RFID Android devices?
Future BT connected readers e.g. RFID read capability in next get RS507?
Competitive benchmark figures- where are these posted?

Thanks.
Best Regards,

Peter Walsh.

Dear Ritesh & Team,

For our upcoming RFID SEVT Summit in September, please can I suggest the following Topics / Items for discussion within our RFID Summit: -

1).  'Major Recent Wins within Retail' – perhaps Pankaj can provide the references and ROI Data.

2).  'RFD8500', which brings excellent performance. As the TC55 is supported at launch. For example, on a 3000 item test, it has missed only one tag. Plus it will have NFC Pairing

3).  'Antennas': - As this part of our Portfolio doesn’t get the most focus that is deserves. Can we get Antennas outside our current Portfolio (if needed), to help to win a POC?

4).  'RFID Competition': - For example, NordicID Medea.  (Especially as the last Tesco benchmark seems to prove this is a bad device).

5).  'TSL - and, the status of our other 3rd Party RFID Suppliers, of Accessories & Specialist RFID parts'  -  Especially as TSL is more of a competitor to us now.

Many Thanks,

Peter Walsh.
