Help to solve another problem. I have a printer Zebra iMZ220 and when I change the size label of the program Zebra Setup Utility label is no change. Whatever the size of the label has not entered it still prints the wrong place. Why?

Are you printing on receipt paper or labels? Do you have the part number available? Could you upload a photo of printed item before and after you make the changes in Zebra Setup Utilities?
Are you printing using the ZPL language? Could you share the code of what you are trying to print? Theses can help me to better troubleshoot the issue.
