I just tested the Kitchen Sink app on a OnePlus One device with Cyanogenmod 12.0 (Android version: 5.0.2).

Whereas the Ruby APIs work, the JS API ones exit the application.

What gives? Is there anything special that needs to be done in Cyanogenmod or is it not supported?
