When there is no SD card in a TC55, opening the camera (either the camera app or programmatically) shows a toast message saying 'No SD card. default storage is changed to phone memory'.
 
I'm not sure if it is TC55 or Motorola specific or a general Android thing, but Googling for this message yields no results, so presumably not the latter.
 
My company won't be distributing TC55's to our customers with an SD card (no need), so how do I prevent this message from showing?
