I've updated to 10-05 and the manufacturing template for simulscan does not work. I get a yellow screen and the laser will come on but not the camera scanner.

We are facing the issue as reported on this thread.
The screen just goes yellow when using the Manufacturing template..
The scanner works fine on datawedge.
This happens in both TC55 RevB and TC75. Both have the latest SW (TC55 BSP02.52.02, TC75 050215 (10-06)) releases and the upgrade to the scanner done. And I have made the Factory Reset to both.
The TC75 was working well on the previous release (042715 (10-05) BSP). I did not try to downgrade.
Any suggestions?

What you are seeing is normal behavior. The Manufacturing template is an example of a "Barcodes only" template. Since no text or image data is required, only barcode scanning, the imager is used rather than the camera. If you print the Manufacturing label (available from the How to Use This Demo screen) and scan it, you will see that all five barcodes are decoded simultaneously and reported with a single good decode beep.
