The TC75 device is registered within SOTI as Android + device. The Remote Control Option is visible.
As soon as I try to connect the device using SOTI Remote Control the Server will try to establish a connection. Remote Control is not able to establish a connection and will time out after 1 minute.
What need to be done to solve this issue ?

Hello Team,
I just got the feedback from the customer site telling that Remote Control will work along with the latest TC75 BSP 020315 and SOTI Version 12.
Test along with SOTI Version 11 do not work so far.

I've same issue using MotorolaMobiControl1103.apk
Other Soti feature are working well.
This is kind of urgent, first step are 1200 devices which are on forecast and next step are over 30.000 devices. Therefore it is really urgent to get a solution for it.
