It was said that the RhoSimulator 4.1 would include a fix to solve the AngularJS issue stated here:
Just tested a few days ago with latest AngularJS version and the problem still remains. Any update on this?

I am not sure who in the other thread said it was to be fixed in a subsequent version. As I understand that this issue occurs in RhoSimulator only? This simulator uses a totally different version of webkit then what you would get in Android. I would suggest that you use Genymotion as an Android alternative. It is a lot quicker then the standard Android emulator. I recent wrote a blog post on it.
