I've notice that when I go to my calendar and click on a meeting notice where there is a phone number inserted with the Pin Code that it will only dial the number and does not take the commas with the PIN and # key. You have to manually add them.
Lastly, I noticed that when the virtual keyboard pops up there is no MICPHONE option on the keyboard. Where it would take voice dictation versus me typing it.

For the microphone option not appearing on the keyboard that is probably because the device doesn't have GMS. The voice to text option is a Google Service, there are some third-party keyboard/dictation software that does implement their own version but all require a data connection.
