In my company, we're currently using EMDK for .NET v2.8. The recently released (Oct 2014) EMDK for .NET v2.9 (accorcing to Release Notes - EMDK for .NET v2.9) still requires the same Visual Studio 2008.
 
Are there any plans to release a new version based on .NET 2013 or at least 2010, and not the 6 years old Visual Studio 2008 (almost 7 years old very soon)?
 
I'm happy using my old Visual Studio 2008, but everyday is harder to find those old .NET versions, and they have less and less support everyday.
