I try to connect FX7400 with USB port, but I could not find the Motorola USB Remote Network Device(RNDIS) driver on the Support web site.

Ensure that USB port on the reader is configured in the ActiveSync mode (by default it's USB networking mode). You can do this through web interface.
Zhang is trying USB Remote Networking. So shouldn't it be set to Network rather than ActiveSync?
I believe the USB Networking device presents itself with a different string, and the original poster actually is trying ActiveSync. But I may be wrong. Let him speak first.
Installing ActiveSync (XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (Vista/W7) from Microsoft website should help.
Already installed but the USB device is not recognised. Does anybody have a solution?
