If you bring the problem device to me, I may be able to help. I have to ckech where the issue comes from. Hiro

tested on non RFID device(MC9090), same BSP 1.09 (wm6.1) keypad change recognized by device. Believe keyboard drivers are the issue. Believe SPR is required.

Hi Glenn, if this is only on the RFID versions, the SPR would be handled by RFID ECRT, and they don't have access to this forum.

Does this issue happen on any non-RFID units wtih the same BSP?  For RFID units, you need to check with the RFID ECRT team.  Perhaps ask Prashanth Bhamidipati.
