Hi, all I have MT2070 manufactured in Jan09 with BSP25 (00.25.0016) It boots into bare CE mode and doesn't have this fancy menu shell and all the utilities except USBModeSwitcher. I wanted to pair the device to the cradle at to switch it into ActiveSync mode to reflash it. But can't even pair the device to the cradle as the scanner isn't activated. If I activate the scanner (via ScanWedge/ScanSample) I can scan the pairing barcode (and it's scanned, the aiming pattern goes off as soon as it hits the code), but I get to audio feedback (though if I scan into ScanSamp I can see that the something was scanned). Is it possible to just put the MT2070 on cradle and reflash via IPL somehow?

After some discussion with support a brilliant suggestion was made to plug the USB cable directly into the device. That's what you get after spending too much time with MCs. Now everything works OK.
