you can recalibrate using Control Pane->Stylus->Calibration tab
Customer wants to do this via a shortcut from the desktop, therefore to create the lnk file I need to know where the exe is.
take a look at https://devcentral.symbol.com/shwmessage.aspx?ForumID=51&MessageID=… some trial and error may be needed to determine which value to actually use.
