I recived this question from one of my customers: " We're working with some of the signatures that we captured on our Symbol
@POS TC and PD8500 terminals. I think they are in CMP format. We want

to work with them on non Windows platforms that don't have the POS

libraries.  Can some one point us to the specification that defines the format?  We

would like to write a decoder that converts it to something a little
