We're facing api spike limit error with 2 requests per second now. We have about 10 printers and there is a high chance of printing something at different printers in a given second.
Is there a way to uplift the api limit for our account? Or what do you recommend to solve this?

The spike arrest threshold is 5 calls per second. If you get the spike error at the rate of 2 calls per second, you should report the problem to the Tech Support with all the details, as this should not happen.
To answer the question about uplifting the limit, unfortunately, the spike arrest threshold is applied at the platform level across all users. Apparently, we cannot uplift the threshold for individual users. If we uplift the threshold for all users, the entire platform will get choked up very easily. To avoid the spike arrest, it's suggested to add a random delay between the prints. Hope this helps.
