We see the service advertising rate limit of 5 calls per second but in our experience, we face error even with 2 or 3 calls per second. Do you know how to fix that?

The rate of 5 calls per second is a surge protection and is applied as per API key. If the same API key is used in multiple applications or multiple threads, the rate is applied to the total of the calls from all of them collectively. Could you provide more info about the issue? Does it happen all the time or randomly? Could you share the code or code snippet?
