Hi,
Tested in GK420t, ZTC ZD420
I came across a strange issue that FB commands are not being printed after X number of labels are completed, during a Batch succession of Single-label print.
Attached is the Image of the problematic label and reported as issue by our Client (highlighted in Yellow). The X number of labels vary between 20 or 30 labels and there is no pattern of any kind.
Could someone help me as this is causing issue in relationship between us and our Customer as we are unable to resolve the problem. When printed Single label at a time (Non-Batch mode), the FB command text are working fine.
Any suggestions/workarounds OR anyone else faced this problem??
