Is zebra-scanner-4.0.0.tar.gz still available ?

I'm trying to use a DS2278 scanner in Linux with a Bluetooth dongle.
The scanner pairs successfully and device /dev/hidraw0 appears. Scanning a barcode generates output on this device so it's evidently connected.
I've installed the Linux SDK from the Debian package. It appears to notice USB device changes made by UDEV, but doesn't appear to be looking for /dev/hidraw0.
If I had the source tarball "zebra-scanner-4.0.0.tar.gz" mentioned in the documentation then I might well be able to find-out why and modify it to do so.
The tarball doesn't appear in the downloads. Is it possible to get it?
Thanks
Bob

I understand from another posting that the Linux SDK sources are no longer made available and the documentation referring to them is out of date.

The "hid_configuration" setting in "corescanner-sdk.conf" is set to the default of "0" for "hidraw implementation". Is corescanner looking for hidraw devices with specific paths or will it only look at devices that have been added by USB events from udev?

Thanks
