Hi All, I want to develop an application on MC3190 which uses local SQL CE Server. Does anybody exactly know which development tool (Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010, ...), which SQL CE Server version (3.0, 3.1, 3.5, ...) can I use on MC3190? I assume .NET Compact Framework 2.0 or newer is preinstalled. Does somebody know which .NET CF is preinstalled? Thanks, Gabor.

On MC3190 WM6.1, NETCF 2.0 is pre-installed. On MC3190 WM6.5, NETCF 3.5 is pre-installed. Bascially, you can use any SQL CE version on the device, but personally, I use SQLCE 3.5 http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/en/us/editions/compact.aspx
