i am currently developing an android application running on ET-56 devices.
Our users requests a quick way to change the touch panel mode (stylus + finger <--> moisture optimized).
I am currently searching the correct intent to open this settings-screen out of the app.
Can anyone provide me the necessary intent action for this? Is there an possible action for this?

You should be able to get the package & class name of that particular screen from the logs on the device, either through ADB or RxLogger.
