I am for a client building a scanner for a device where the SE4770 is on.
Would anyone know if I with JavaScript can receive an event when a scan has been made?
Something like `onBarCodeScanned` would be great.

You can use Jpos (Java POS) which is part of UPOS (Unified POS) standards that is supported by different vendors .
Zebra provided JPOS support for both windows and Linux .
