Hello, I recently purchased a zq320plus, currently I'm connected to the printer via bluetooth (on A IONIC app) and send the content need to be printed with zpl commands , the issue is that when I print the printer skips 5 labels and the content printed is not aligned with the labels. I have attached a picture of what is printing.

Can someone help me find the cause of the issue and how to fix it? thanks

There might be two issues here related to the problem. First, make sure that the ZQ320 Plus printer only feeds one label when pressing the feed button once on the printer. If the printer feeds multiple labels or does not stop at the gap (or at the black bar on the back) on the label after a feed button press, then we need to check if the media.sense_mode is configured in accordance to the type of medial installed. Based on the attached picture, it looks like your media has black bar on the back. If that's the case, you need to configure the media.sense_mode as bar. You can either use the Zebra Setup Utility app or use the "media.sense_mode" SGD in your app to configure the sense mode. Secondly, make sure that the ZPL label you send to the printer fits within the size of the label installed in the printer. Otherwise, you will still see multiple labels because the ZPL label is too large to fit in one label.
