We are seeing the 2D portion of a label expand significantly, overwritting other information the label, when we change one of the characters from upper case to lower case.

Prints fine with the upper case I in "IPhone".

When changing "IPhone" to "iPhone" the 2D barcode overwrites the human readable text:

The issue you have seen is related to the way where the text of the "MG9A3LL/A" is placed vs. where the 2D barcode starts. Changing the lowercase to uppercase will change the size of the 2D barcode. Providing sufficient space between the 2D barcode and the text "MG9A3LL/A" should avoid the problem.
