Is there any settings on the TC26 that can be modified, to make the scanner work with this type of bar codes. I attached image.
In section decode scanner I select Code 128 but doen't work.

You'll need to modify the datawedge profile via the datawedge app ui or intents from a custom app to enable that symbology:
