Although I use the CoreScanner library in the program I wrote in C#, the barcode reader does not read, but when I run the 123Scan program, it reads my code. Also, the barcode reader turns off when I close the 123Scan program.

What scanner model you have ? Did you set the interface properly to Snapi or IBM handheld ?

It should support Snapi so make sure you set it properly and make sure that corescanner is installed

Download the scanner product reference guide . Navigate to the USB interface section and scan the SNAPI barcode .
